This deposit for materials secures your place in the line of production and covers basic starting costs for fabric and hardware.
Refund Policy: For sailcloth and milspec vinyl in stock the deposit is refundable for 48 hours (two, 2 days). This is MMM's "changed my mind" or "the wife found out" escape clause. Exception: If YOU can find someone to take over your order and pay their own deposit, your deposit will be refunded once they have paid. This "assumption" clause applies through final invoicing.
Other terms:
- Balance for the remaining price of the slant back and shipping cost is due within 7 days of being sent the notice of completion and invoice.
- If material has to be ordered (ex. custom vinyl color or vinyl not in stock) the deposit in non-refundable.
- If custom sidelite windows are part of the order, the deposit is non-refundable once the Marine vinyl is cut and sewn into the side panels (it can't be taken off or replaced at this point).
