Bow pivot brackets, also called fender brackets or cargo bow mounting brackets by some. These are later models than the original shorter brackets with only two pairs of holes. These originally came in M1165 soft cargo cover conversion kits. The lower set of holes work for standard 4-man cargo bows (sold on this site!)
